Psalms 56:5-13

5All day long they 1distort my words; All their 2 3thoughts are against me for evil.6They 4 5attack, they lurk, They 6watch my 7steps, As they have 8waited to take my 9life.7Because of their wickedness, will there be an 10escape for them? In anger 11make the peoples fall down, God!

8You 12have taken account of my 13miseries; Put my 14tears in Your bottle. Are they not in 15Your book?9Then my enemies will 16turn back 17on the day when I call; This I know, 18that 19God is for me.10In God, whose word I praise, In the Lord, whose word I praise,11In God I have put my 20trust, I shall not be afraid. What can mankind do to me?12Your 21vows are binding upon me, God; I will render thanksgiving offerings to You.13For You have 22saved my soul from death, 23Indeed 24my feet from stumbling, So that I may 25walk before God In the 26light of the 27living.
