Psalms 38:2-8
2For Your 1arrows have sunk deep into me, And 2Your hand has pressed down on me.3There is 3no healthy part in my flesh 4because of Your indignation; There is no health 5in my bones because of my sin.4For my 6guilty deeds have gone over my head; Like a heavy burden they weigh too much for me.5My 7wounds grow foul and fester Because of 8my foolishness.6I am bent over and 9greatly bowed down; I 10go in mourning all day long.7For my 11sides are filled with 12burning, And there is 13no healthy part in my flesh.8I feel 14faint and 15badly crushed; I 1617groan because of the 18agitation of my heart.
