Psalms 119:81-88
81My 1soul languishes for Your salvation; I 23wait for Your word.82My 4eyes fail with longing for Your 5word, 6While I say, “When will You comfort me?”83Though I have 7become like a wineskin in the smoke, I do 8not forget Your statutes.84How many are the 9days of Your servant? When will You 10execute judgment on those who persecute me?85The arrogant have 11dug pits for me, People who are not in accord with Your Law.86All Your commandments are 12faithful; They have 13persecuted me with a lie; 14help me!87They almost destroyed me on earth, But as for me, I 15did not abandon Your precepts.88Revive me according to Your faithfulness, So that I may keep the testimony of Your mouth.
