Psalms 106:40-43
40Therefore the 1anger of the Lord was kindled against His people, And He 2loathed His 34inheritance.41So 5He handed them over to the 6nations, And those who hated them ruled over them.42Their enemies also 7oppressed them, And they were subdued under their 8power.43Many times He would 9rescue them; They, however, were rebellious in their 10plan, And they 11sank down into their guilt.
