Psalms 105:8-15
8He has 1remembered His covenant forever, The word which He commanded to a 2thousand generations,9The 3covenant which He made with Abraham, And His 4oath to Isaac.10Then He 5confirmed it to Jacob as a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant,11Saying, “6To you I will give the land of Canaan As the 78portion of your inheritance,”12When they were only a 9few people in number, Very few, and 10strangers in it.13And they wandered from nation to nation, From one kingdom to another people,14He 11allowed no one to oppress them, And He 1213rebuked kings for their sakes, saying,15“14Do not touch My anointed ones, And do not harm My prophets.”
