Psalms 105:8-12
8He has 1remembered His covenant forever, The word which He commanded to a 2thousand generations,9The 3covenant which He made with Abraham, And His 4oath to Isaac.10Then He 5confirmed it to Jacob as a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant,11Saying, “6To you I will give the land of Canaan As the 78portion of your inheritance,”12When they were only a 9few people in number, Very few, and 10strangers in it.
