Psalms 10:13-14

13Why has the wicked 1treated God disrespectfully? He has said to himself, “2You will not require an account.”14You have seen it, for You have looked at 3harm and provocation to 4take it into Your hand. The 5 6unfortunate commits himself to You; You have been the 7helper of the orphan.
