Psalms 10:10-18

10Then he crushes the needy one, who cowers; And 1unfortunate people fall by his mighty power.11He 2says to himself, “God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see it.”

12Arise, Lord; God, 3lift up Your hand. 4Do not forget the humble.13Why has the wicked 5treated God disrespectfully? He has said to himself, “6You will not require an account.”14You have seen it, for You have looked at 7harm and provocation to 8take it into Your hand. The 910unfortunate commits himself to You; You have been the 11helper of the orphan.1512Break the arm of the wicked and the evildoer, 1314Seek out his wickedness until You find none.

16The Lord is 15King forever and ever; 16Nations have perished from His land.17Lord, You have heard the 17desire of the humble; You will 18strengthen their heart, 19You will make Your ear attentive18To 20vindicate the 21orphan and the 22oppressed, So that mankind, which is of the earth, will no longer cause 23terror.
