Psalms 94:16-23

16Who will 1stand up for me against evildoers? Who will take his stand for me 2against those who do injustice?

17If 3the Lord had not been my help, My soul would soon have dwelt in the land of silence.18If I should say, “4My foot has slipped,” Your faithfulness, Lord, will support me.19When my anxious thoughts 5multiply within me, Your 6comfort delights my soul.20Can a 7 8throne of destruction be allied with You, One 9which devises 10mischief by decree?21They 11band themselves together against the 12life of the righteous And 13condemn 14the innocent to death.22But the Lord has been my 15refuge, And my God the 16rock of my refuge.23He has 17brought back their injustice upon them, And He will 18 19destroy them in their evil; The Lord our God will 20destroy them.
