Psalms 89:29-37

29So I will establish his 1 2descendants forever, And his 3throne 4as the days of heaven.

30“If his sons 5abandon My Law And do not walk in My judgments,31If they 6violate My statutes And do not keep My commandments,32Then I will punish their wrongdoing with the 7rod, And their guilt with 8afflictions.33But I will not 9withhold 10My favor from him, Nor deal falsely in My faithfulness.34I will not 11violate My 12covenant, Nor will I 13alter 14the utterance of My lips.35 15Once I have 16sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David.36His 17 18descendants shall endure forever, And his 19throne 20as the sun before Me.37It shall be established forever 21like the moon, And a 22witness in the sky is faithful.” Selah
