Psalms 87:4-7
4“I shall mention 12Rahab and Babylon 3among those who know Me; Behold, Philistia and 4Tyre with 56Cush: ‘This one was born there.’”5But of Zion it will be said, “This one and that one were born in her”; And the Most High Himself will 7establish her.6The Lord will count when He 8registers the peoples, “This one was born there.” Selah7Then those who 9sing as well as those who 1011play the flutes will say, “All my 12springs of joy are in you.”
