16The 4waters saw You, God; The waters saw You, they were in anguish; The ocean depths also trembled.17The 5clouds poured out water; The skies 67sounded out; Your 8arrows 9flashed here and there.18The 10sound of Your thunder was in the whirlwind; The 11lightning lit up the world; The 12earth trembled and shook.19Your 13way was in the sea And Your paths in the mighty waters, And Your footprints were not known.
