Psalms 74:2-8

2Remember Your congregation, which You 1purchased of old, Which You have 2redeemed to be the 3tribe of Your inheritance; And this Mount 4Zion, where You have dwelt.35Step toward the 67irreparable ruins; The enemy 8has damaged everything in the sanctuary.4Your adversaries have 9roared in the midst of Your meeting place; They have set up their 10own signs as 11signs.5It 12seems like one bringing up His 13axe into a 14forest of trees.6And now they break down 15all its 16carved work With axe and hammers.7They have 1718burned Your sanctuary 19to the ground; They have 20defiled the dwelling place of Your name.8They 21said in their heart, “Let’s 22completely 23subdue them.” They have burned all the meeting places of God in the land.
