Psalms 5:5-12

5The 1boastful will not 2stand before Your eyes; You 3hate all who do injustice.6You 4destroy those who speak lies; The Lord loathes 5the person of bloodshed and deceit.7But as for me, 6by Your abundant graciousness I will enter Your house, 7At Your holy temple I will 8bow in 9reverence for You.

8Lord, 10lead me 11in Your righteousness 12because of my enemies; Make Your way 13straight before me.9For there is 14nothing 15trustworthy in 16their mouth; Their 17inward part is destruction itself. Their 18throat is an open grave; They 19flatter with their tongue.10Make them pay, God; 20Have them fall by their own schemes! 21Scatter them in the multitude of their wrongdoings, For they are 22rebellious against You.

11But 23rejoice, all who 24take refuge in You, Sing for joy forever! And 25may You 26shelter them, That those who 27love Your name may rejoice in You.12For You 28bless the righteous person, Lord, You 29surround him with favor as with a shield.
