Psalms 46:8-11
8Come, 1behold the works of the Lord, 2Who has inflicted 3horrific events on the earth.9He 4makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He 5breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He 6burns the chariots with fire.10“7Stop striving and 8know that I am God; I will be 9exalted among the 10nations, I will be exalted on the earth.”11The Lord of armies is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold.
