Psalms 40:6-10

61You have not desired 2sacrifice and meal offering; You have 3opened my ears; You have not required burnt offering and sin offering.7Then I said, “Behold, I have come; It is 4written of me in the scroll of the book.85I delight to do Your will, my God; 6Your Law is within my 7heart.”

9I have 8proclaimed good news of righteousness in the great congregation; Behold, I will 9not restrain my lips, Lord, 10You know.10I have 11not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have 12spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your mercy and Your truth from the great congregation.
