Psalms 144:5-11
51Bend down Your heavens, Lord, and 2come down; 3Touch the mountains, that they may smoke.6Flash forth 4lightning and scatter them; Send out Your 5arrows and confuse them.7Reach out with Your hand 6from on high; Rescue me and 7save me from great waters, From the hand of 8foreigners8Whose mouth 9speaks deceit, And whose 10right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
9God, I will sing a 11new song to You; On a 12harp of ten strings I will sing praises to You,10Who 13gives salvation to kings, Who 14rescues His servant David from the evil sword.11Rescue me and save me from the hand of 15foreigners, Whose mouth 16speaks deceit And whose 17right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
