Psalms 119:8-20

8I will keep Your statutes; Do not utterly 1abandon me!

9How can a young man keep his way pure? By 2keeping it according to Your word.10With 3all my heart I have sought You; Do not let me 4wander from Your commandments.11I have 5treasured Your word in my heart, So that I may not sin against You.12Blessed are You, Lord; 6Teach me Your statutes.13With my lips I have 7told of All the 8ordinances of Your mouth.14I have 9rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, 10As much as in all riches.15I will 11meditate on Your precepts And 12regard 13Your ways.16I shall 14 15delight in Your statutes; I will 16not forget Your word.

17 17Deal generously with Your servant, That I may live and keep Your word.18Open my eyes, that I may behold Wonderful things from Your Law.19I am a 18stranger on the earth; Do not hide Your commandments from me.20My soul is crushed 19 20with longing For Your ordinances at all times.
