1 And after these things ταῦτα tauta G3778 Jesus Ἰησοῦς Iēsous G2424 walked περιεπάτει periepatei G4043 in Galilee Γαλιλαίᾳ· Galilaia G1056 , for he would not walk περιπατεῖν, peripatein G4043 in Judaea, because the Jews Ἰουδαῖοι Ioudaioi G2453 sought ἐζήτουν ezētoun G2212 to kill ἀποκτεῖναι. apokteinai G615 him . 3 His brethren therefore οὖν oun G3767 said G3004 to him , Remove hence and go ὕπαγε hupage G5217 into Judaea, that thy disciples G3101 also G2532 may see θεωρήσουσιν theōrēsousin G2334 thy works ἔργα erga G2041 which thou doest; 4 for no one οὐδεὶς oudeis G3762 does anything τι ti G5100 in secret κρυπτῷ kruptō G2927 and himself seeks ζητεῖ zētei G2212 to be G1510 [ known ] in public παρρησίᾳ parrēsia G3954 . Have the rulers ἄρχοντες archontes G758 then indeed recognised that this is G1510 the Christ χριστός; christos G5547 ? 30 They sought ἐζήτουν ezētoun G2212 therefore οὖν oun G3767 to take him ; and no one οὐδεὶς oudeis G3762 laid G1911 his hand χεῖρα, cheira G5495 upon him , because his hour ὥρα hōra G5610 had not yet come ἐληλύθει elēluthei G2064 . 32 The Pharisees Φαρισαῖοι Pharisaioi G5330 heard G191 the crowd ὄχλου ochlou G3793 murmuring these things ταῦτα, tauta G3778 concerning G4012 him , and the Pharisees Φαρισαῖοι Pharisaioi G5330 and the chief ἀρχιερεῖς archiereis G749 priests G749 sent G649 officers ὑπηρέτας hupēretas G5257 that they might take him . 34 Ye shall seek ζητήσετέ zētēsete G2212 me and shall not find εὑρήσετέ heurēsete G2147 [ me ], and where ὅπου hopou G3699 I am G1510 ye cannot come ἐλθεῖν.¶ elthein G2064 . 35 The Jews Ἰουδαῖοι Ioudaioi G2453 therefore οὖν oun G3767 said G3004 to one another , Where ποῦ pou G4226 is he about to go πορεύεσθαι poreuesthai G4198 that we shall not find εὑρήσομεν heurēsomen G2147 him ? Is he about to go πορεύεσθαι poreuesthai G4198 to the dispersion διασπορὰν diasporan G1290 among the Greeks Ἑλλήνων Hellēnōn G1672 , and teach διδάσκειν didaskein G1321 the Greeks Ἕλληνας; Hellēnas G1672 ? 45 The officers ὑπηρέται hupēretai G5257 therefore οὖν oun G3767 came G2064 to the chief ἀρχιερεῖς archiereis G749 priests G749 and Pharisees Φαρισαίους, Pharisaious G5330 , and they said G3004 to them , Why τί ti G5101 have ye not brought ἠγάγετε ēgagete G71 him ? 47 The Pharisees Φαρισαῖοι· Pharisaioi G5330 therefore οὖν oun G3767 answered ἀπεκρίθησαν apekrithēsan G611 them , Are ye also καὶ kai G2532 deceived G4105 ? 48 Has any one G5100 of the rulers ἀρχόντων archontōn G758 believed G4100 on him , or of the Pharisees Φαρισαίων; Pharisaiōn G5330 ? 51 Does our law νόμος nomos G3551 judge κρίνει krinei G2919 a man ἄνθρωπον anthrōpon G444 before it have first πρῶτον prōton G4413 heard ἀκούσῃ akousē G191 from himself , and know γνῷ gnō G1097 what he does ? 52 They answered ἀπεκρίθησαν apekrithēsan G611 and said G3004 to him , Art thou also G2532 of Galilee Γαλιλαίας Galilaias G1056 ?
