27And the slavesδοῦλοιdouloiG1401of the landownerοἰκοδεσπότουoikodespotouG3617cameπροσελθόντεςproselthontesG4334and saidG3004to him, ‘Sirκύριε,kurieG2962,did you not sowἔσπειραςespeirasG4687goodκαλὸνkalonG2570seedσπέρμαspermaG4690in your fieldἀγρῷ;agrōG68?HowπόθενpothenG4159thenοὖνounG3767does it haveἔχειecheiG2192weedsζιζάνια;zizaniaG2215?’

28And he saidἔφηephēG5346to them, ‘An enemyἐχθρὸς ἄνθρωποςechthros anthrōposG2190 G444has doneἐποίησεν.epoiēsenG4160thisτοῦτοtoutoG3778!’The slavesδοῦλοιdouloiG1401saidλέγουσινlegousinG3004to him, ‘Do you wantθέλειςtheleisG2309us, thenοὖνounG3767,to goἀπελθόντεςapelthontesG565and gatherσυλλέξωμενsullexōmenG4816them upG4816?’

29But he saidφησιν·phēsinG5346, ‘Noοὔ,ouG3756;while you are gatheringG4816upG4816the weedsζιζάνιαzizaniaG2215,you may uprootἐκριζώσητεekrizōsēteG1610the wheatσῖτον.sitonG4621with them.

30AllowἄφετεapheteG863bothἀμφότεραamphoteraG297to growG4885togetherG4885untilἕωςhe'ōsG2193the harvestθερισμοῦ·therismouG2326;and at the timeκαιρῷkairōG2540of the harvestθερισμοῦtherismouG2326I will sayG3004to the reapersθερισταῖς·theristaisG2327, “FirstπρῶτονprōtonG4413gatherσυλλέξατεsullexateG4816upG4816the weedsζιζάνιαzizaniaG2215and bindδήσατεdēsateG1210them in bundlesδέσμαςdesmasG1197to burnκατακαῦσαιkatakausaiG2618them; butgatherσυναγάγετεsunagageteG4863the wheatσῖτονsitonG4621into my barnἀποθήκηνapothēkēnG596.”’”

32and thisὃhoG3739is smallerμικρότερονmikroteronG3398than allπάντωνpantōnG3956the otherseedsσπερμάτων,spermatōnG4690,but whenὅτανhotanG3752it is fullygrownαὐξηθῇ,auxēthēaG837,it is largerμεῖζονmeizonG3173than the gardenλαχάνωνlachanōnG3001plantsG3001and becomesγίνεταιginetaiG1096a treeδένδρονdendronG1186,soὥστεhōsteG5620thatG5620the birdsπετεινὰpeteinaG4071of the skyοὐρανοῦouranouG3772comeἐλθεῖνeltheinG2064andnestκατασκηνοῦνkataskēnounG2681in its branchesκλάδοιςkladoisG2798.”

33He spokeἐλάλησενelalēsenG2980anotherἌλληνAllēnG243parableπαραβολὴνparabolēnG3850to them: “The kingdomβασιλείαbasileiaG932of heavenοὐρανῶνouranōnG3772is likeὁμοίαhomoiaG3664leavenζύμῃ,zumēG2219,whichG3739a womanγυνὴgunēG1135tookλαβοῦσαlabousaG2983and hidἐνέκρυψενenekrupsenG1470inthreeτρίαtriaG5140sataσάταsataG4568of flourἀλεύρουaleurouG224untilἕωςhe'ōsG2193it was allὅλον.¶holonG3650leavenedἐζυμώθηezumōthēG2220.”

35This wassoὅπωςhopōsG3704thatG3704whatG3588was spokenλέγοντος·legontosG3004throughδιὰdiaG1223the prophetπροφήτουprophētouG4396would befulfilledπληρωθῇplērōthēaG4137: “I will openἀνοίξωanoixōG455My mouthστόμαstomaG4750in parablesπαραβολαῖςparabolaisG3850;I will proclaimἐρεύξομαιereuxomaiG2044thingsG2928hiddenG2928sinceἀπὸapoG575the foundationκαταβολῆςkatabolēsG2602of the worldκόσμου.¶kosmouG2889.”

37And He saidG3004,“The one who sowsσπείρωνspeirōnG4687the goodκαλὸνkalonG2570seedσπέρμαspermaG4690isthe SonυἱὸςhuiosG5207of Manἀνθρώπου·anthrōpouG444,

38and the fieldἀγρόςagrosG68is the worldκόσμος·kosmosG2889; and as forthe goodκαλὸνkalonG2570seedσπέρμα,spermaG4690,theseοὗτοίhoutoiG3778arethe sonsυἱοὶhuioiG5207of the kingdomβασιλείας·basileiasG932;and the weedsζιζάνιάzizaniaG2215arethe sonsυἱοὶhuioiG5207ofthe evilπονηροῦ·ponērouG4190one;

39and the enemyἐχθρὸςechthrosG2190who sowedσπείραςspeirasG4687them is the devilδιάβολος·diabolosG1228,and the harvestθερισμὸςtherismosG2326is theendσυντέλειαsunteleiaG4930of the ageαἰῶνόςaiōnosG165;and the reapersθερισταὶtheristaiG2327are angelsἄγγελοίangeloiG32.

40SoG3779justὥσπερhōsperG5618as the weedsζιζάνιαzizaniaG2215are gatheredG4816upG4816and burnedκατακαίεται,katakaietaiG2618with fireπυρὶpuriG4442,soG3779shall it be at theendσυντελείᾳsunteleiaG4930of the ageαἰῶνοςaiōnosG165.

41The SonυἱὸςhuiosG5207of ManἀνθρώπουanthrōpouG444will sendἀποστελεῖaposteleiG649forthG649His angelsἀγγέλουςangelousG32,and they will gatherσυλλέξουσινsullexousinG4816out of His kingdomβασιλείαςbasileiasG932allπάνταpantaG3956stumblingG4625blocksG4625,and thoseG3588who commitποιοῦνταςpoiountasG4160lawlessnessἀνομίανanomianG458,

42and theywill throwβαλοῦσινbalousinG906them into the furnaceκάμινονkaminonG2575of fireπυρός·purosG4442;in that placeἐκεῖekeiG1563there will be weepingκλαυθμὸςklauthmosG2805and gnashingβρυγμὸςbrugmosG1030of teethὀδόντων.odontōnG3599.

43ThenτότεtoteG5119the righteousδίκαιοιdikaioiG1342will shineG1584forthG1584likeὡςhōsG5613the sunἥλιοςhēliosG2246in the kingdomβασιλείᾳbasileiaG932of their FatherπατρὸςpatrosG3962.The one who hasἔχωνechōnG2192earsὦταōtaG3775,let him hearἀκουέτω.¶akouetōG191.

46and upon findingεὑρὼνheurōnG2147oneἕναhenaG1520pearlμαργαρίτην,margaritēnG3135of greatG4186valueG4186,he wentἀπελθὼνapelthōnG565and soldπέπρακενpeprakenG4097everythingπάνταpantaG3956that he hadεἶχενeichenG2192and boughtἠγόρασενēgorasenG59it.

49SoοὕτωςhoutōsG3779it will be at theendσυντελείᾳsunteleiaG4930of the ageαἰῶνος·aiōnosG165:the angelsἄγγελοιangeloiG32will comeG1831forthG1831and removeἀφοριοῦσινaphoriousinG873the wickedπονηροὺςponērousG4190from amongμέσουmesouG3319the righteousδικαίωνdikaiōnG1342,

50and theywill throwβαλοῦσινbalousinG906them into the furnaceκάμινονkaminonG2575of fireπυρός·purosG4442;inG1563thatG1563placeG1563there will be weepingκλαυθμὸςklauthmosG2805and gnashingβρυγμὸςbrugmosG1030of teethὀδόντων.odontōnG3599.

51“Have you understoodσυνήκατεsunēkateG4920allπάντα;pantaG3956theseG3778thingsταῦταtautaG3778?”They saidλέγουσινlegousinG3004to Him, “YesναίnaiG3483.”
