1The wordsדִּבְרֵ֣יdiv.ReiH1697of Amosעָמ֔וֹסa.MosH5986,whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834was among thesheepherdersבַנֹּקְדִ֖יםva.no.ke.DimH5349fromTekoaמִתְּק֑וֹעַmi.te.Ko.a'H8620,whichאֲשֶׁר֩'a.SherH834he sawחָזָ֨הcha.ZahH2372in visionsconcerningעַל־'al-H5921Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֜לYis.ra.'ElH3478in the daysבִּימֵ֣י׀bi.MeiH3117ofUzziahעֻזִיָּ֣ה'u.zi.YahH5818kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Judahיְהוּדָ֗הye.hu.DahH3063,and in the daysוּבִימֵ֞יu.vi.MeiH3117ofJeroboamיָרָבְעָ֤םya.ra.ve.'AmH3379sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of JoashH3060,kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,two yearsשְׁנָתַ֖יִםshe.na.Ta.yimH8141beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440theearthquakeהָרָֽעַשׁ׃ha.Ra.'ashH7494.

2And he saidוַיֹּאמַ֓ר׀vai.yo.MarH559, “TheLordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068roarsיִשְׁאָ֔גyish.'AgH7580from Zionמִצִיּ֣וֹןmi.tzi.YonH6726,And from Jerusalemוּמִירוּשָׁלִַ֖םu.mi.ru.sha.LimH3389He uttersיִתֵּ֣ןyi.TenH5414His voiceקוֹל֑וֹko.LoH6963;And the shepherds’הָרֹעִ֔יםha.ro.'ImH7462pastureH4999groundsH4999mournוְאָֽבְלוּ֙ve.'a.ve.LuH56, And thesummitרֹ֥אשׁroshH7218of Carmelהַכַּרְמֶֽל׃ פha.kar.MelH3760driesH3001upH3001.”

3ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Forthreeשְׁלֹשָׁה֙she.lo.ShahH7969offensesפִּשְׁעֵ֣יpish.'EiH6588ofDamascusדַמֶּ֔שֶׂקda.Me.sekH1834,and for fourאַרְבָּעָ֖ה'ar.ba.'AhH702, I will notrevokeאֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ'a.shi.Ve.nuH7725its punishment,BecauseH5921they threshedדּוּשָׁ֛םdu.ShamH1758Gileadהַגִּלְעָֽד׃ha.gil.'AdH1568with ironהַבַּרְזֶ֖לha.bar.ZelH1270sledgesבַּחֲרֻצ֥וֹתba.cha.ru.TzotH2742.

4So I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784upon the houseבְּבֵ֣יתbe.VeitH1004of Hazaelחֲזָאֵ֑לcha.za.'ElH2371,And it will consumeוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398the citadelsאַרְמְנ֥וֹת'ar.me.NotH759ofBen-hadadH1130.

5I will alsobreakוְשָֽׁבַרְתִּי֙ve.sha.var.TiH7665the gatebarבְּרִ֣יחַbe.Ri.achH1280of Damascusדַּמֶּ֔שֶׂקda.Me.sekH1834,And eliminateוְהִכְרַתִּ֤יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772everyinhabitantיוֹשֵׁב֙yo.ShevH3427from theValleyמִבִּקְעַת־mi.bik.'at-H1237of Avenאָ֔וֶן'A.venH206,As well as him who holdsוְתוֹמֵ֥ךְve.to.MekhH8551the scepterשֵׁ֖בֶטShe.vetH7626,from Beth-edenH1040;So the peopleעַם־'am-H5971of Aramאֲרָ֛ם'a.RamH758will be exiledוְגָל֧וּve.ga.LuH1540toKirקִ֖ירָהKi.rahH7024,”Saysאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.

6ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “For threeשְׁלֹשָׁה֙she.lo.ShahH7969offensesפִּשְׁעֵ֣יpish.'EiH6588ofGazaעַזָּ֔ה'a.ZahH5804,and for fourאַרְבָּעָ֖ה'ar.ba.'AhH702,I will not revokeאֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ'a.shi.Ve.nuH7725its punishment,BecauseH5921they ledH1540intoH1540exileהַגְלוֹתָ֛םhag.lo.TamH1540an entireשְׁלֵמָ֖הshe.le.MahH8003populationגָּל֥וּתga.LutH1546ToturnH5462themoverH5462to EdomH112.

7So I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784on the wallבְּחוֹמַ֣תbe.cho.MatH2346of Gazaעַזָּ֑ה'a.ZahH5804And it will consumeוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398her citadelsאַרְמְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃'ar.me.no.Tei.haH759.

8I will also eliminateוְהִכְרַתִּ֤יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772everyinhabitantיוֹשֵׁב֙yo.ShevH3427fromAshdodמֵֽאַשְׁדּ֔וֹדme.'ash.DodH795,As well as him who holdsוְתוֹמֵ֥ךְve.to.MekhH8551the scepterשֵׁ֖בֶטShe.vetH7626, fromAshkelonמֵֽאַשְׁקְל֑וֹןme.'ash.ke.LonH831;And I will directוַהֲשִׁיב֨וֹתִיva.ha.shi.Vo.tiH7725Mypowerיָדִ֜יya.DiH3027againstעַל־'al-H5921Ekronעֶקְר֗וֹןek.RonH6138,And the remnantשְׁאֵרִ֣יתshe.'e.RitH7611of thePhilistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםpe.lish.TimH6430will perishוְאָֽבְדוּ֙ve.'a.ve.DuH6,”Saysאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068.

9ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “For threeשְׁלֹשָׁה֙she.lo.ShahH7969offensesפִּשְׁעֵי־pish.'ei-H6588ofTyreצֹ֔רTzorH6865,and for fourאַרְבָּעָ֖ה'ar.ba.'AhH702,I will not revokeאֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ'a.shi.Ve.nuH7725its punishment,BecauseH5921they turnedH5462an entireשְׁלֵמָה֙she.le.MahH8003populationגָּל֤וּתga.LutH1546overH5462to EdomH112And did not rememberזָכְר֖וּza.khe.RuH2142thecovenantבְּרִ֥יתbe.RitH1285ofbrotherhoodאַחִֽים׃'a.ChimH251.

10So I willsendוְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784on the wallבְּח֣וֹמַתbe.Cho.matH2346of Tyreצֹ֑רTzorH6865,And it will consumeוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398her citadelsאַרְמְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃ פ'ar.me.no.Tei.haH759.”

11ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “For threeשְׁלֹשָׁה֙she.lo.ShahH7969offensesפִּשְׁעֵ֣יpish.'EiH6588ofEdomH112,and for fourאַרְבָּעָ֖ה'ar.ba.'AhH702,I will not revokeאֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ'a.shi.Ve.nuH7725its punishment,BecauseH5921hepursuedרָדְפ֨וֹra.de.FoH7291his brotherאָחִיו֙'a.ChivH251with the swordבַחֶ֤רֶבva.Che.revH2719And stifledוְשִׁחֵ֣תve.shi.ChetH7843his compassionרַחֲמָ֔יוra.cha.MavH7356;His angerאַפּ֔וֹ'a.PoH639alsotoreוַיִּטְרֹ֤ףvai.yit.RofH2963continuallyלָעַד֙la.'AdH5703,And he maintainedשְׁמָ֥רָהshe.Ma.rahH8104his furyוְעֶבְרָת֖וֹve.'ev.ra.ToH5678foreverנֶֽצַח׃Ne.tzachH5331.

12So I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784uponTemanבְּתֵימָ֑ןbe.tei.ManH8487And it will consumeוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398the citadelsאַרְמְנ֥וֹת'ar.me.NotH759of Bozrahבָּצְרָֽה׃ פbotz.rahH1224.”

13ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “For threeשְׁלֹשָׁה֙she.lo.ShahH7969offensesפִּשְׁעֵ֣יpish.'EiH6588of the sonsבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121ofAmmonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983,and for fourאַרְבָּעָ֖ה'ar.ba.'AhH702,I will not revokeאֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ'a.shi.Ve.nuH7725its punishment,BecauseH5921theyrippedH1234openבִּקְעָם֙bik.'AmH1234the pregnantהָר֣וֹתha.RotH2030womenH2030of Gileadהַגִּלְעָ֔דha.gil.'AdH1568InH4616orderH4616toH4616enlargeהַרְחִ֥יבhar.ChivH7337their bordersגְּבוּלָֽם׃ge.vu.LamH1366.

14So I will kindleוְהִצַּ֤תִּיve.hitz.Tza.tiH3341a fireאֵשׁ֙'eshH784on the wallבְּחוֹמַ֣תbe.cho.MatH2346ofRabbahרַבָּ֔הra.BahH7237,And it will consumeוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398her citadelsאַרְמְנוֹתֶ֑יהָ'ar.me.no.Tei.haH759AmidwarH8643criesH8643on the dayבְּי֣וֹםbe.YomH3117of battleמִלְחָמָ֔הmil.cha.MahH4421, And amid astormבְּסַ֖עַרbe.Sa.'arH5591on the dayבְּי֥וֹםbe.YomH3117of tempestסוּפָֽהsu.FahH5492.

15Theirkingמַלְכָּ֖םmal.KamH4428will goוְהָלַ֥ךְve.ha.LakhH1980into exileבַּגּוֹלָ֑הba.go.LahH1473,He and his princesוְשָׂרָ֛יוve.sa.RavH8269togetherH3164,”saysאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.
