Genesis 13:8-13

And AbramH87 saidH559 to LotH3876, I pray thee let there beH1961 no contention between me and thee, and between my herdsmen and thy herdsmen, for we are brethren.

Is not the whole landH776 before thee? SeparateH6504 thyself, I pray thee, from me: if to the left, then I will take the rightH3225; and if to the rightH3225, then I will take the left.

And LotH3876 liftedH5375 up his eyesH5869, and beheld all the plain of the JordanH3383 that it was thoroughly watered, before Jehovah had destroyedH7843 SodomH5467 and GomorrahH6017; as the gardenH1588 of Jehovah, like the landH776 of EgyptH4714, as one goesH935 to ZoarH6820.

And LotH3876 choseH977 for himself all the plain of the JordanH3383; and LotH3876 went toward the eastH6924. And they separatedH6504 the oneH376 from the other:

AbramH87 dweltH3427 in the landH776 of CanaanH3667; and LotH3876 dweltH3427 in the citiesH5892 of the plain, and pitched tentsH167 as far as SodomH5467.

And the people of SodomH5467 were wickedH7451, and great sinnersH2400 before Jehovah.
