Genesis 50:1-14

And JosephH3130 fellH5307 upon his father's faceH6440, and weptH1058 upon him, and kissedH5401 him.

And JosephH3130 commandedH6680 his servantsH5650 the physiciansH7495 to embalmH2590 his fatherH1. And the physiciansH7495 embalmedH2590 IsraelH3478.

And fortyH705 daysH3117 were fulfilled for him; for soH3651 are fulfilled the daysH3117 of those who are embalmedH2590. And the EgyptiansH4713 mourned for him seventyH7657 daysH3117.

And when the daysH3117 of his mourning were past, JosephH3130 spokeH1696 to the houseH1004 of PharaohH6547, sayingH559, If now I have foundH4672 favour in your eyesH5869, speakH1696, I pray you, in the earsH241 of PharaohH6547, sayingH559,

My fatherH1 madeH7650 me swearH7650, sayingH559, Behold, I dieH4191; in my graveH6913 which I have dugH3738 myself in the landH776 of CanaanH3667, there shalt thou buryH6912 me. And nowH6258, let me goH5927 up, I pray thee, that I may buryH6912 my fatherH1; and I will comeH5927 again.

And PharaohH6547 saidH559, GoH5927 up and buryH6912 thy fatherH1, according as he madeH7650 thee swearH7650.

And JosephH3130 wentH5927 up to buryH6912 his fatherH1; and with him wentH5927 up all the bondmen of PharaohH6547, the eldersH2205 of his houseH1004, and all the eldersH2205 of the landH776 of EgyptH4714,

and all the houseH1004 of JosephH3130, and his brethren, and his father's houseH1004; onlyH7535 their littleH2945 onesH2945, and their flocksH6629, and their herdsH1241, they leftH5800 in the landH776 of GoshenH1657.

And there wentH5927 up with him both chariotsH7393 and horsemenH6571; and the campH4264 wasH1961 veryH3966 great.

And they cameH935 to the threshing-floor of AtadH329, which is beyond the JordanH3383; and there they lamentedH5594 with a greatH1419 and veryH3966 grievous lamentation; and he madeH6213 a mourningH60 for his fatherH1 of sevenH7651 daysH3117.

And the inhabitantsH3427 of the landH776, the CanaanitesH3669, sawH7200 the mourningH60 at the threshing-floor of AtadH329, and they saidH559, This is a grievous mourningH60 of the EgyptiansH4713. ThereforeH3651 the nameH8034 of it was calledH7121 Abel-Mizraim, which is beyond the JordanH3383.

And his sonsH1121 did to him according as he had commandedH6680 them;

and his sonsH1121 carriedH5375 him into the landH776 of CanaanH3667, and buriedH6912 him in the caveH4631 of the fieldH7704 of MachpelahH4375 which AbrahamH85 had boughtH7069 along with the fieldH7704, for a possessionH272 of a sepulchre, of EphronH6085 the HittiteH2850, opposite to MamreH4471.

And, after he had buriedH6912 his fatherH1, JosephH3130 returnedH7725 to EgyptH4714, he and his brethren, and all that had goneH5927 up with him to buryH6912 his fatherH1.
