Genesis 42:15-22
By this ye shall be put to the proof: as PharaohH6547 livesH2416, ye shall not goH3318 forthH3318 hence, unless your youngestH6996 brotherH251 comeH935 hither!
SendH7971 oneH259 of you, that he may fetch your brotherH251, but ye shall be imprisonedH631, and your wordsH1697 shall be put to the proof, whether the truthH571 is in you; and if not, as PharaohH6547 livesH2416, ye are spiesH7270.
And he put them in custodyH4929 threeH7969 daysH3117.
And JosephH3130 saidH559 to them the thirdH7992 dayH3117, This do, that ye may liveH2421: I fearH3372 1GodH430.
If ye are honest, let oneH259 of your brethren remain boundH631 in the houseH1004 of your prison, but goH935 ye, carry grainH7668 for the hunger of your householdsH1004;
and bringH935 your youngestH6996 brotherH251 to me, in order that your wordsH1697 be verified, and that ye may not dieH4191. And they did soH3651.
Then they saidH559 oneH376 to another, We are indeed guiltyH818 concerning our brotherH251, whose anguish of soulH5315 we sawH7200 whenH834 he besought us, and we did not hearken; thereforeH3651 this distressH6869 is comeH935 upon us.
And ReubenH7205 answered them, sayingH559, Did I not speak to you, sayingH559, Do not sinH2398 against the ladH3206? But ye did not hearken; and now behold, his bloodH1818 alsoH1571 is requiredH1875.
