(Matthew 28:1–10; Luke 24:1–12; John 20:1–9)
1WhenG2532 theG3588 SabbathG4521 was overG1230, MaryG3137 MagdaleneG3094, MaryG3137 theG3588 mother of JamesG2385, andG2532 SalomeG4539 boughtG59 spicesG759 soG2443 they could goG2064 and anointG218 the body of Jesus. 2VeryG3029 earlyG4404 on theG3588 firstG1520 day of theG3588 weekG4521,1 just after sunriseG2246G393, they wentG2064 toG1909 theG3588 tombG3419. 3They were askingG2036 one anotherG1438, “WhoG5101 will roll awayG617 theG3588 stoneG3037 fromG1537 theG3588 entranceG2374 of theG3588 tombG3419?” 4ButG2532 when they looked upG308, they sawG2334 thatG3754 theG3588 stoneG3037 had been rolled awayG617, even thoughG1063 it wasG1510 extremelyG4970 largeG3173.
5WhenG2532 they enteredG1525G1519 theG3588 tombG3419, they sawG3708 a young manG3495 dressed inG4016 a whiteG3022 robeG4749 sittingG2521 onG1722 theG3588 right sideG1188, andG2532 they were alarmedG1568. 6ButG1161 he saidG3004 to themG846, “Do notG3361 be alarmedG1568. You are looking forG2212 JesusG2424 theG3588 NazareneG3479, whoG3588 was crucifiedG4717. He has risenG1453! He isG1510 notG3756 hereG5602! SeeG2400 theG3588 placeG5117 whereG3699 they putG5087 HimG846. 7ButG235 goG5217, tellG2036 HisG846 disciplesG3101 andG2532 PeterG4074, ‘He is going ahead ofG4254 youG4771 intoG1519 GalileeG1056. ThereG1563 you will seeG3708 HimG846, just asG2531 He toldG2036 youG4771.’”
8SoG2532 the women leftG1831G575 theG3588 tombG3419 and ran awayG5343, tremblingG2192G5156 andG2532 bewilderedG1611. AndG2532 in their fearG1063G5399 they did not sayG2036G3762 a word to anyone.2

15AndG2532 He saidG2036 to themG846, “GoG4198 intoG1519 allG537 theG3588 worldG2889 and preachG2784 theG3588 gospelG2098 to everyG3956 creatureG2937. 16WhoeverG3588 believesG4100 andG2532 is baptizedG907 will be savedG4982, butG1161 whoeverG3588 does not believeG569 will be condemnedG2632. 17AndG1161 theseG3778 signsG4592 will accompanyG5023 thoseG3588 who believeG4100: InG1722 MyG1473 nameG3686 they will drive outG1544 demonsG1140; they will speakG2980 in newG2537 tonguesG1100;4 18they will pick upG142 snakesG3789 withG1722 theirG3588 handsG5495, and ifG2579 they drinkG4095 anyG5100 deadly poisonG2286, it will not harmG3756G3361G984 themG846; they will layG2007 their handsG5495 onG1909 the sickG732, andG2532 they will be madeG2192 wellG2573.”

20AndG1161 theyG1565 went outG1831 and preachedG2784 everywhereG3837, and theG3588 LordG2962 worked throughG4903 them, confirmingG950 His wordG3056 byG1223 theG3588 signsG4592 that accompaniedG1872 it.
