Isaiah 49:7-16
ThusH3541 saith Jehovah, the RedeemerH1350 of IsraelH3478, his HolyH6918 OneH6918, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nationH1471 abhorreth, to the servantH5650 of rulers: KingsH4428 shall seeH7200 and ariseH6965, princesH8269, and they shall worship, because of Jehovah who is faithfulH539, the HolyH6918 OneH6918 of IsraelH3478, who hath chosenH977 thee.
ThusH3541 saith Jehovah: In a timeH6256 of acceptanceH7522 have I answered thee, and in the dayH3117 of salvationH3444 have I helpedH5826 thee; and I will preserveH5341 thee, and giveH5414 thee for a covenantH1285 of the peopleH5971, to establishH6965 the landH776, to cause to inheritH5157 the desolateH8074 heritages;
sayingH559 to the prisonersH631, GoH3318 forthH3318; to them that are in darknessH2822, Shew yourselves. They shall feedH7462 in the waysH1870, and their pastureH4830 shall be on all bareH8205 hills.
They shall not hungerH7456 nor thirst, neither shall the heat nor sunH8121 smite them; for he that hath mercyH7355 on them will leadH5095 them, and by the springs of waterH4325 will he guide them.
And I will makeH7760 all my mountainsH2022 a wayH1870, and my highwaysH4546 shall be raisedH7311 up.
Behold, these shall comeH935 from afarH7350; and behold, these from the northH6828 and from the westH3220; and these from the landH776 of Sinim.
ShoutH7442, ye heavensH8064; and be joyful, thou earthH776; and breakH6476 forthH6476 into singing, ye mountainsH2022: for Jehovah hath comfortedH5162 his peopleH5971, and will have mercyH7355 upon his afflictedH6041 ones.
But ZionH6726 saidH559, Jehovah hath forsaken me, and the Lord hath forgottenH7911 me.
Can a womanH802 forgetH7911 her sucking child, that she should not have compassionH7355 on the sonH1121 of her wombH990? Even these forgetH7911, but I will not forgetH7911 thee.
Lo, I have graven thee upon the palmsH3709 of [my] handsH3709; thy wallsH2346 are continuallyH8548 before me.
