Isaiah 35

1The wildernessH4057 and the dryH6723 land shall be gladdened; and the desertH6160 shall rejoiceH1523, and blossom as the rose. 2It shall blossom abundantly and rejoiceH1523 evenH637 with joyH7442 and shouting: the gloryH3519 of LebanonH3844 shall be givenH5414 unto it, the excellency of CarmelH3760 and SharonH8289. They shall seeH7200 the gloryH3519 of Jehovah, the excellency of our 1GodH430. 3StrengthenH2388 the weak handsH3027 and confirm the tottering knees. 4SayH559 to them that are of a timid heartH3820, Be strongH2388, fearH3372 not; behold your 2GodH430: vengeanceH5359 cometh, the recompenseH1576 of 3GodH430! He will comeH935 himself, and saveH3467 you. 5ThenH227 the eyesH5869 of the blindH5787 shall be openedH6605, and the earsH241 of the deafH2795 be unstopped; 6thenH227 shall the lameH6455 [man] leapH1801 as a hart, and the tongueH3956 of the dumb singH7442: for in the wildernessH4057 shall watersH4325 breakH1234 out, and torrents in the desertH6160. 7And the mirage shall becomeH1961 a poolH98, and the thirstyH6774 land springs of waterH4325: in the habitation of wild dogs, where they lay down, shall beH1961 grassH2682 with reedsH7070 and rushes. 8And a highway shall beH1961 there and a wayH1870, and it shall beH1961 calledH7121, The wayH1870 of holinessH6944: the uncleanH2931 shall not passH5674 through it; but it shall beH1961 for these. Those that goH1980 [this] wayH1870 — even foolsH191, — shall not errH8582 [therein]. 9No lionH738 shall beH1961 there, nor shall ravenous beast goH1980 up thereon, nor beH1961 foundH4672 there; but the redeemedH1350 shall walkH1980 [there]. 10And the ransomedH6299 of Jehovah shall returnH7725, and comeH935 to ZionH6726 with singing; and everlasting joyH8057 shall be upon their headsH7218: they shall obtain gladnessH8057 and joyH8057, and sorrowH3015 and sighingH585 shall fleeH5127 awayH7725.
