Isaiah 40:12-15
Who hath measuredH4058 the watersH4325 in the hollow of his hand, and meted out the heavensH8064 with [his] spanH2239, and grasped the dustH6083 of the earthH776 in a measureH4058, and weighedH8254 the mountainsH2022 in a balanceH6425, and the hillsH1389 in scales?
Who hath directed the SpiritH7307 of Jehovah, and, [as] his counsellor, hath taught him?
With whom took he counselH3289, and [who] gaveH995 him intelligence, and instructed him in the pathH734 of judgmentH4941, and taughtH3925 him knowledgeH1847, and shewed him the wayH1870 of understandingH8394?
Behold, the nationsH1471 are esteemedH2803 as a drop of the bucket, and as the fineH1851 dust on the scales; behold, he taketh up the isles as an atom.
