Isaiah 26:12-19
Jehovah, thou wilt ordain peaceH7965 for us; for thou alsoH1571 hast wrought all our worksH4639 for us.
Jehovah our 1GodH430, other lordsH113 than thee have had dominion over us; by thee onlyH905 will we makeH2142 mention of thy nameH8034.
[They are] deadH4191, they shall not liveH2421; deceased, they shall not riseH6965: for thou hast visitedH6485 and destroyedH8045 them, and made all memoryH2143 of them to perishH6.
Thou hast increasedH3254 the nationH1471, Jehovah, thou hast increasedH3254 the nationH1471: thou art glorifiedH3513. Thou hadst removedH7368 [it] farH7368 [unto] all the endsH7099 of the earthH776.
Jehovah, in trouble they sought thee; they pouredH6694 out [their] whispered prayer when thy chasteningH4148 was upon them.
As a woman with child, that draweth near her delivery, is in travail, [and] crieth out in her pangs; soH3651 have we beenH1961 before thee, Jehovah.
We have been with childH3205, we have been in travail, we have as it were broughtH3205 forthH3205 windH7307; we have not wrought the deliveranceH3444 of the landH776, neither have the inhabitantsH3427 of the worldH8398 fallenH5307.
Thy deadH4191 shall liveH2421, my deadH4191 bodies shall ariseH6965. Awake and singH7442 in triumph, ye that dwellH7931 in dustH6083; for thy dewH2919 is the dewH2919 of the morning, and the earthH776 shall castH5307 forth the deadH4191.
