Isaiah 14:3-7
And it shall come to pass in the dayH3117 that Jehovah shall giveH5117 thee restH5117 from thy sorrow and from thy trouble and from the hardH7186 bondage wherein thou wast made to serveH5647,
that thou shalt takeH5375 up this proverbH4912 against the kingH4428 of BabylonH894, and sayH559, HowH349 hath the oppressorH5065 ceased, — the exactress of gold ceased!
Jehovah hath brokenH7665 the staffH4294 of the wickedH7563, the sceptre of the rulersH4910.
He that smote the peoplesH5971 in wrathH5678 with a relentless stroke, he that ruled the nationsH1471 in angerH639, is persecuted unsparingly.
The whole earthH776 is at restH5117, is quietH8252: they breakH6476 forthH6476 into singing.
