Isaiah 14:21-23
21PrepareH3559 ye slaughter for his children, because of the iniquityH5771 of their fathersH1; that they may not riseH6965 up and possessH3423 the earthH776, nor fillH4390 the faceH6440 of the worldH8398 with citiesH5892.
22For I will riseH6965 up against them, saith Jehovah of hostsH6635, and cutH3772 off from BabylonH894 nameH8034 and remnantH7605, and scion and descendant, saith Jehovah.
23And I will makeH7760 it a possession for the bittern, and poolsH98 of waterH4325; and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith Jehovah of hostsH6635.
