Isaiah 14:16-21
They that seeH7200 thee shall narrowly lookH7200 upon thee; they shall considerH7200 thee, [saying,] Is this the manH376 that made the earthH776 to trembleH7264, that shookH7493 kingdomsH4467;
[that] madeH7760 the worldH8398 as a wildernessH4057, and overthrew the citiesH5892 thereof; [that] dismissed not his prisonersH615 homewards?
— All the kingsH4428 of the nationsH1471, all of them, lieH7901 in gloryH3519, every oneH376 in his own houseH1004;
but thou art castH7993 out of thy graveH6913 like an abominable branchH5342, covered with the slainH2026 — those thrust through with the swordH2719, that goH3381 down to the stonesH68 of the pitH953: like a carcase troddenH947 under foot.
Thou shalt not be joined with them in burialH6900; for thou hast destroyedH7843 thy landH776, hast slainH2026 thy peopleH5971. Of the seedH2233 of evildoers no mention shall be made for everH5769.
PrepareH3559 ye slaughter for his children, because of the iniquityH5771 of their fathersH1; that they may not riseH6965 up and possessH3423 the earthH776, nor fillH4390 the faceH6440 of the worldH8398 with citiesH5892.
