Mark 13
1And as he was goingG1607 out of the temple, oneG1520 of his disciplesG3101 saysG3004 to him, TeacherG1320, seeG3708 what stonesG3037 and what buildingsG3619! 2And JesusG2424 answering saidG3004 to him, Seest thou these greatG3173 buildingsG3619? not a stoneG3037 shall be leftG863 upon a stoneG3037, which shall not be thrown downG2647. 3And as he satG2521 on the mountG3735 of Olives oppositeG2713 the temple, PeterG4074 and JamesG2385 and JohnG2491 and AndrewG406 askedG1905 him privately, 4TellG3004 us, whenG3752 shall these thingsG3778 beG1510, and what isG1510 the signG4592 whenG3752 all these thingsG3778 areG1510 going to beG1510 fulfilled? 5And JesusG2424 answering them beganG757 to sayG3004, TakeG991 heedG991 lestG3361 any oneG5100 misleadG4105 you. 6For manyG4183 shall comeG2064 in my nameG3686, sayingG3004, It isG1510 I, and shall misleadG4105 manyG4183. 7But whenG3752 ye shall hearG191 of warsG4171 and rumours of warsG4171, be not disturbed, for [this] must happenG1096, but the endG5056 is not yet. 8For nationG1484 shall riseG1453 up against nationG1484, and kingdomG932 against kingdomG932; and there shall beG1510 earthquakesG4578 in [different] placesG5117, and there shall beG1510 faminesG3042 and troubles: these things [areG1510 the] beginnings of throes. 9But ye, takeG991 heedG991 to yourselves, for they shall deliverG3860 you up to sanhedrims and to synagoguesG4864: ye shall be beatenG1194 and brought before rulersG746 and kingsG935 for my sakeG1752, for a testimonyG3142 to them; 10and the gospelG2098 must firstG4413 be preachedG2784 to all the nationsG1484. 11But whenG3752 they shall leadG71 you awayG71 to deliverG3860 you up, beG1510 not careful beforehand as to what ye shall sayG2980, [nor prepare your discourse]: but whatsoever shall beG1510 givenG1325 you in that hourG5610, that speakG2980; for ye areG1510 not the speakers, but the HolyG40 SpiritG4151. 12But brotherG80 shall deliverG3860 up brotherG80 to deathG2288, and fatherG3962 childG5043; and childrenG5043 shall riseG1881 up against parentsG1118, and cause them to be putG2289 to deathG2288. 13And ye will beG1510 hatedG3404 of all on accountG1223 of my nameG3686; but he that has enduredG5278 to the endG5056, he shall beG1510 savedG4982. 14But whenG3752 ye shall seeG3708 the abominationG946 of desolationG2050 standingG2476 whereG3699 it should not, (he that readsG314 let him consider [it],) thenG5119 let those in Judaea fleeG5343 to the mountainsG3735; 15and him that is upon the housetopG1430 not comeG1525 down into the houseG3614, nor enterG1525 [into it] to takeG142 awayG142 anythingG5100 out of his houseG3614; 16and him that is in the fieldG68 not returnG1994 backG1994 to takeG142 his garmentG2440. 17But woeG3759 to those that are with child and to those that give suck in those daysG2250! 18And prayG4336 that it may not be in winterG5494 time; 19for those daysG2250 shall beG1510 distress suchG5108 as there has not beenG1510 the like since [the] beginning of creationG2937 which 1GodG2316 created, until nowG3568, and never shall beG1510; 20and if [the] LordG2962 had not cut short those daysG2250, no fleshG4561 should have been savedG4982; but on accountG1223 of the electG1588 whom he has chosen, he has cut short those daysG2250. 21And then if any oneG5100 sayG3004 to you, Lo, hereG5602 [is] the ChristG5547, or Lo, there, believeG4100 [it] not. 22For falseG5578 ChristsG5580 and falseG5578 prophetsG5578 will ariseG1453, and giveG1325 signsG4592 and wondersG5059 to deceive, if possibleG1415, evenG2532 the electG1588. 23But do ye takeG991 heedG991: behold, I have told you all thingsG3956 beforehand. 24But in those daysG2250, after that distress, the sunG2246 shall be darkenedG4654 and the moonG4582 shall not giveG1325 its lightG5338; 25and the starsG792 of heavenG3772 shall beG1510 fallingG4098 downG4098, and the powersG1411 which areG1510 in the heavensG3772 shall beG1510 shakenG4531; 26and then shall they seeG3708 the SonG5207 of manG444 comingG2064 in cloudsG3507 with greatG4183 powerG1411 and gloryG1391; 27and then shall he sendG649 his angelsG32 and shall gatherG1996 togetherG1996 his electG1588 from the fourG5064 windsG417, from endG206 of earthG1093 to endG206 of heavenG3772. 28But learnG3129 the parableG3850 from the fig-tree: whenG3752 its branchG2798 alreadyG2235 becomesG1096 tenderG527 and putsG1631 forthG1631 the leaves, ye knowG1097 that the summerG2330 isG1510 near. 29ThusG3779 alsoG2532 ye, whenG3752 ye seeG3708 these thingsG3778 happeningG1096, knowG1097 that it isG1510 near, at the doorsG2374. 30Verily I sayG3004 unto you, This generationG1074 shall in no wise passG3928 awayG3928, till all these thingsG3778 take placeG1096. 31The heavenG3772 and the earthG1093 shall passG3928 awayG3928, but my wordsG3056 shall in no wise passG3928 awayG3928. 32But of that dayG2250 or of that hourG5610 no oneG3762 knows, neither the angelsG32 who are in heavenG3772, nor the SonG5207, but the FatherG3962. 33TakeG991 heedG991, watchG69 and pray, for ye do not know when the timeG2540 isG1510: 34[it is] as a manG444 gone out of the country, having leftG863 his houseG3614 and givenG1325 to his bondmen the authorityG1849, and to each oneG1538 his workG2041, and commandedG1781 the doorkeeperG2377 that he should watchG1127. 35WatchG1127 thereforeG3767, for ye do not know when the masterG2962 of the houseG3614 comesG2064: eveningG3796, or midnightG3317, or cock-crow, or morningG4404; 36lestG3361 comingG2064 suddenlyG1810 he findG2147 you sleepingG2518. 37But what I sayG3004 to you, I sayG3004 to all, WatchG1127.
