Isaiah 42:18-25
18— HearH8085, ye deafH2795; and lookH7200, ye blindH5787, that ye may seeH7200. 19Who is blindH5787, but my servantH5650? and deafH2795, as my messengerH4397 whom I sentH7971? Who is blindH5787 as he in whom I have trusted, and blindH5787 as Jehovah's servantH5650, 20— seeingH7200 manyH7227 things, and thou observest not? With openedH6491 earsH241, he heareth not. 21Jehovah had delightH2654 [in him] for his righteousness' sakeH4616: he hath magnifiedH1431 the lawH8451, and made it honourable. 22But this is a peopleH5971 robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and hiddenH2244 in prison-houses; they are becomeH1961 a preyH957, and none delivereth, — a spoilH957, and none saith, RestoreH7725. 23Who among you will giveH238 earH238 to this, [who] will hearken and hearH8085 what is to come? 24Who gaveH5414 JacobH3290 for a spoilH962, and IsraelH3478 to the robbers? Did not Jehovah, he against whom we have sinnedH2398? And they wouldH14 not walkH1980 in his waysH1870, neither did they hearken unto his lawH8451. 25And he hath pouredH8210 upon him the fury of his angerH639, and the strength of battleH4421: and it setH7760 him on fire roundH5439 about, yet he knewH3045 not; and it burnedH1197 him, yet he took it not to heartH3820.
