Isaiah 36:11-13
11And EliakimH471 and ShebnaH7644 and JoahH3098 saidH559 to Rab-shakeh, SpeakH1696, we pray thee, to thy servantsH5650 in Syriac, for we understand it; and speakH1696 not to us in the Jewish [language] in the earsH241 of the peopleH5971 that are upon the wallH2346.
12And Rab-shakeh saidH559, Is it to thy masterH113 and to thee that my masterH113 sentH7971 me to speakH1696 these wordsH1697? Is it not to the menH376 that sitH3427 on the wallH2346, that they may eatH398 their own dung, and drinkH8354 their own urine with you?
13And Rab-shakeh stoodH5975 and cried with a loud voiceH6963 in the Jewish [language], and saidH559, HearH8085 the wordsH1697 of the greatH1419 kingH4428, the kingH4428 of AssyriaH804!
