2in the middleμέσῳmesōG3319ofits streetπλατείαςplateiasG4116.OnG1782eitherG1782sideG1782of the riverποταμοῦ,potamouG4215wasthe treeξύλονxulonG3586of lifeζωῆςzōēsG2222,bearingποιοῦνpoiounG4160twelveδώδεκα,dōdekaG1427kinds offruitκαρποὺςkarpousG2590,yieldingἀποδιδοῦνapodidounG591its fruitκαρπὸνkarponG2590everyκατὰ ἕκαστονkata hekastonG2596 G1538monthμῆναmēnaG3376;and the leavesφύλλαphullaG5444of the treeξύλουxulouG3586werefor the healingθεραπείανtherapeianG2322of the nationsἐθνῶν.ethnōnG1484.

3There will noοὐκoukG3756longerἔτι,etiG2089be anyπᾶνpanG3956curseG2616; andthe throneθρόνοςthronosG2362of GodθεοῦtheouG2316and of the LambἀρνίουarniouG721will be in it, and His bond-servantsδοῦλοιdouloiG1401willserveλατρεύσουσινlatreusousinG3000Him;

4they willseeG3708His faceπρόσωπονprosōponG4383, and HisnameὄνομαonomaG3686will be on theirforeheadsμετώπωνmetōpōnG3359.

5Andthere will noG3756longerἔτι,etiG2089be anynightνὺξnuxG3571; and theywill not haveἔχουσινechousinG2192needχρείανchreianG5532of the lightφωτὸςphōtosG5457of a lampλύχνουluchnouG3088norG2532the lightφωτὸςphōtosG5457of the sunἡλίουhēliouG2246,becauseὅτιhotiG3754the LordκύριοςkuriosG2962GodθεὸςtheosG2316will illuminateφωτίσειphōtiseiG5461them; and they willreignβασιλεύσουσινbasileusousinG936foreverαἰῶναςaiōnasG165and everαἰώνων.¶aiōnōnG165.

11Let the one whoὁhoG3588doesG91wrongG91stillἔτι,etiG2089doG91wrongG91,and the one whoὁhoG3588is filthyῥυπαρὸςrhuparosG4508stillἔτι,etiG2089be filthyG4507;and let the one whoὁhoG3588is righteousδίκαιοςdikaiosG1342stillἔτι·etiG2089practiceποιησάτωpoiēsatōG4160righteousnessδικαιοσύνηνdikaiosunēnG1343,and the one whoὁhoG3588is holyἅγιοςhagiosG40stillἔτι.etiG2089keepG37himself holyG37.”

12“BeholdἰδοὺidouG2400,I am comingἔρχομαιerchomaiG2064quicklyG5035, and MyrewardμισθόςmisthosG3408is with Me,to rewardἀποδοῦναιapodounaiG591eachG1538oneG1538as his workἔργονergonG2041deservesἐστὶνestinG1510.

13I am theAlphaG256and the Omegaὦ,ōG5598,the firstπρῶτοςprōtosG4413and the lastἔσχατος,eschatosG2078,the beginningἀρχὴarchēG746and the endτέλος.¶telosG5056.”

14BlessedΜακάριοιMakarioiG3107are thoseG3588whowashπλύνοντεςplunontesG4150their robesστολὰςstolasG4749,soG2443thatG2443they will have the rightἐξουσίαexousiaG1849tothe treeξύλονxulonG3586of lifeζωῆς,zōēsG2222, and mayenterεἰσέλθωσινeiselthōsinG1525the cityπόλιν.¶polinG4172by thegatesπυλῶσινpulōsinG4440.

15OutsideἜξωExōG1854are thedogsκύνεςkunesG2965,the sorcerersφάρμακοιpharmakoiG5333,the sexuallyπόρνοιpornoiG4205immoralG4205personsG4205,the murderersφονεῖςphoneisG5406,the idolatersεἰδωλολάτραιeidōlolatraiG1496,and everyoneπᾶςpasG3956who lovesφιλῶνphilōnG5368and practicesποιῶνpoiōnG4160lyingψεῦδος.¶pseudosG5579.
