2And I sawG3708the sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033angelsἀγγέλουςangelousG32whoοἳhoiG3739standἑστήκασινhestēkasinG2476beforeἐνώπιονenōpionG1799GodθεοῦtheouG2316,and sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033trumpetsσάλπιγγες.¶salpingesG4536were givenἐδόθησανedothēsanG1325to them.

5ThenG2532the angelἄγγελοςangelosG32tookεἴληφενeilēphenG2983thecenserλιβανωτὸνlibanōtonG3031andfilledἐγέμισενegemisenG1072it with the fireπυρὸςpurosG4442of the altarθυσιαστηρίουthusiastēriouG2379, andhurledἔβαλενebalenG906it to the earthγῆν.gēnG1093; and there werepealsG1027ofG1027thunderβρονταὶbrontaiG1027and soundsφωναὶphōnaiG5456,and flashesG796ofG796lightningἀστραπαὶastrapaiG796and anearthquakeσεισμός.seismosG4578.

6And the sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033angelsἄγγελοιangeloiG32who hadἔχοντεςechontesG2192the sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033trumpetsσάλπιγγαςsalpingasG4536preparedἡτοίμασανhētoimasanG2090themselvesG848to soundσαλπίσωσιν.¶salpisōsinG4537them.

7The firstπρῶτοςprōtosG4413soundedἐσάλπισεν,esalpisenG4537, and there washailχάλαζαchalazaG5464and fireπῦρpurG4442mixedμεμιγμέναmemigmenaG3396with bloodαἵματι,aimatiG129,and it was hurledἐβλήθηeblēthēG906to the earthγῆνgēnG1093; anda thirdτρίτονtritonG5154of the earthγῆςgēsG1093was burnedκατεκάη·katekaēG2618upG2618, anda thirdτρίτονtritonG5154of thetreesδένδρωνdendrōnG1186were burnedκατεκάη,katekaēG2618upG2618,and allπᾶςpasG3956the greenχλωρὸςchlōrosG5515grassχόρτοςchortosG5528was burnedκατεκάη.¶katekaēG2618upG2618.

10The thirdτρίτοςtritosG5154angelἄγγελοςangelosG32soundedἐσάλπισεν,esalpisenG4537,and a greatμέγαςmegasG3173starἀστὴρastērG792fellἔπεσενepesenG4098from heavenοὐρανοῦouranouG3772,burningκαιόμενοςkaiomenosG2545likeὡςhōsG5613a torchλαμπὰςlampasG2985,and it fellἔπεσενepesenG4098on athirdτρίτονtritonG5154of the riversποταμῶνpotamōnG4215and on thespringsπηγὰςpēgasG4077of watersὑδάτων.hudatōnG5204.

11The starἀστέροςasterosG792is namedὄνομα λέγεταιonoma legetaiG3686 G3004WormwoodἌψινθος·ApsinthosG894; and athirdτρίτονtritonG5154of the watersὑδάτωνhudatōnG5204becameἐγένετοegenetoG1096wormwoodἄψινθον,apsinthonG894,and manyπολλοὶpolloiG4183peopleἀνθρώπωνanthrōpōnG444diedἀπέθανονapethanonG599from the watersὑδάτωνhudatōnG5204becauseὅτιhotiG3754they were madeG4087bitterἐπικράνθησαν.¶epikranthēsanG4087.
