2I lookedG3708,and beholdἰδοὺidouG2400, awhiteλευκὸςleukosG3022horseἵπποςipposG2462,and the one who satκαθήμενοςkathēmenosG2521on it hadἔχωνechōnG2192a bowτόξον.toxonG5115; anda crownστέφανος,stephanosG4735was givenἐδόθηedothēG1325to him, and he wentG1831outG1831conqueringνικῶνnikōnG3528and to conquerνικήσῃ.¶nikēsēG3528.

The Second Seal: War

3WhenὅτεhoteG3753He brokeἤνοιξενēnoixenG455the secondδευτέραν,deuteranG1208sealσφραγῖδαsphragidaG4973,I heardἤκουσαēkousaG191thesecondδευτέρουdeuterouG1208livingζῴουzōouG2226creatureG2226sayingλέγοντος·legontosG3004, “ComeἔρχουerchouG2064!”

4And anotherἄλλοςallosG243,a redπυρρός.purrosG4450horseἵπποςipposG2462,wentG1831outG1831;and to him who satκαθημένῳkathēmenōG2521on it, it was grantedἐδόθηedothēG1325totakeλαβεῖνlabeinG2983peaceεἰρήνηνeirēnēnG1515from the earthγῆς,gēsG1093, and that peoplewould killσφάξουσιν.sphaxousinG4969oneἀλλήλουςallēlousG240anotherG240;and a largeμεγάλη.¶megalēG3173swordμάχαιραmachairaG3162was givenἐδόθηedothēG1325to him.

The Third Seal: Famine

6And I heardἤκουσαēkousaG191somethinglikeὡςhōsG5613a voiceφωνὴνphōnēnG5456in the centerμέσῳmesōG3319of thefourτεσσάρωνtessarōnG5064livingG2226creaturesG2226sayingλέγουσαν·legousanG3004, “AquartχοῖνιξchoinixG5518of wheatσίτουsitouG4621for adenariusδηναρίουdēnariouG1220,and threeτρεῖςtreisG5140quartsχοίνικεςchoinikesG5518of barleyκριθῶνkrithōnG2915for adenariusδηναρίου,dēnariouG1220; anddo not damageἀδικήσῃς.¶adikēsēsG91the oilἔλαιονelaionG1637and the wineοἶνονoinonG3631.”

The Fourth Seal: Death

8I lookedG3708,and beholdἰδοὺidouG2400, anashenχλωρὸςchlōrosG5515horseἵπποςipposG2462;and the one who satκαθήμενοςkathēmenosG2521on it had the nameὄνομαonomaG3686Deathθάνατος.thanatosG2288, andHadesᾅδηςhadēsG86was followingἠκολούθειēkoloutheiG190with him. AuthorityἐξουσίαexousiaG1849was givenἐδόθηedothēG1325to them overἐπὶepiG1909a fourthτέταρτονtetartonG5067of the earthγῆςgēsG1093,to killἀποκτεῖναιapokteinaiG615with swordῥομφαίᾳrhomphaiaG4501,and famineλιμῷlimōG3042, andplagueθανάτῳthanatōG2288,and by the wildG2342animalsG2342of the earthγῆς.¶gēsG1093.

10and they criedἔκραξανekraxanG2896outG2896with a loudμεγάλῃmegalēG3173voiceφωνῇphōnēaG5456,sayingλέγοντες·legontesG3004, “HowG2193longπότε,poteG2193 G4219, OLordδεσπότηςdespotēsG1203,holyἅγιοςhagiosG40and trueἀληθινός,alēthinosG228,will You refrainοὐouG3756fromjudgingκρίνειςkrineisG2919and avengingἐκδικεῖςekdikeisG1556our bloodαἷμαhaimaG129onthoseG3588who liveκατοικούντωνkatoikountōnG2730on the earthγῆς;gēsG1093?”

14The skyοὐρανὸςouranosG3772was splitG673apartG673likeὡςhōsG5613a scrollβιβλίονbiblionG975when it is rolledἑλισσόμενον,helissomenonG1667up, andeveryπᾶνpanG3956mountainὄροςorosG3735and islandνῆσοςnēsosG3520was removedἐκινήθησαν,ekinēthēsanG2795from its placeτόπωνtopōnG5117.

16and theysaidλέγουσινlegousinG3004to the mountainsὄρεσινoresinG3735and the rocksπέτραις·petraisG4073, “FallπέσετεpeseteG4098on us and hideκρύψατεkrupsateG2928us from thesightπροσώπουprosōpouG4383of Himwho sitsκαθημένουkathēmenouG2521on the throneθρόνουthronouG2362, and from thewrathὀργῆςorgēsG3709of the Lambἀρνίου,arniouG721;

17forthe greatμεγάληmegalēG3173dayἡμέραhēmeraG2250of Their wrathὀργῆςorgēsG3709has comeἦλθενēlthenG2064, andwhoτίςtisG5101is ableδύναταιdunataiG1410to standσταθῆναι;¶stathēnaiG2476?”
