The River and the Tree of Life

1And 1he showedG1166 me a 2riverG4215 of the 3waterG5204 of lifeG2222, 4clearG2986 5as crystalG2930, comingG1607 from the throneG2362 of GodG2316 and of 6the LambG721, 2in the middleG3319 of 7its streetG4116. 8OnG1782 eitherG1782 sideG1782 of the riverG4215 was 9the treeG3586 of lifeG2222, bearingG4160 twelveG1427 10kinds of fruitG2590, yieldingG591 its fruitG2590 everyG2596G1538 monthG3376; and the leavesG5444 of the treeG3586 were for the healingG2322 of the nationsG1484. 311There will noG3756 longerG2089 be anyG3956 curseG2616; and 12the throneG2362 of GodG2316 and of the LambG721 will be in it, and His bond-servantsG1401 will 13serveG3000 Him; 4they will 14seeG3708 His faceG4383, and His 15nameG3686 will be on their 16foreheadsG3359. 5And 17there will noG3756 longerG2089 be any nightG3571; and they 18will not haveG2192 needG5532 19of the lightG5457 of a lampG3088 norG2532 the lightG5457 of the sunG2246, becauseG3754 the LordG2962 GodG2316 will illuminateG5461 them; and they will 20reignG936 foreverG165 and everG165.

6And 21he saidG3004 to me, “22TheseG3778 wordsG3056 are faithfulG4103 and trueG228”; and the LordG2962, the 23GodG2316 of the spiritsG4151 of the prophetsG4396, 24sentG649 His angelG32 to showG1166 His bond-servantsG1401 the things whichG3739 mustG1163 soonG5034 takeG1096 placeG1096.

7“And beholdG2400, 25I am comingG2064 quicklyG5035. 26BlessedG3107 is the one who 27keepsG5083 28the wordsG3056 of the prophecyG4394 of thisG3778 bookG975.”

829I, JohnG2491, am the one who heardG191 and sawG991 theseG3778 thingsG3778. And whenG3753 I heardG191 and sawG991 them, 30I fellG4098 downG4098 to worshipG4352 at the feetG4228 of the angelG32 who showedG1166 me theseG3778 thingsG3778. 9And 31he saidG3004 to me, “32Do not doG3708 that; I amG1510 a 33fellowG4889 servantG4889 of yoursG4771 and of your brothersG80 the prophetsG4396, and of thoseG3588 who 34keepG5083 the wordsG3056 of 35thisG3778 bookG975. WorshipG4352 GodG2316!”

The Final Message

12“BeholdG2400, 40I am comingG2064 quicklyG5035, and My 41rewardG3408 is with Me, 42to rewardG591 eachG1538 oneG1538 as his workG2041 43deservesG1510. 13I am the 44AlphaG256 and the OmegaG5598, 45the firstG4413 and the lastG2078, 46the beginningG746 and the endG5056.”

14BlessedG3107 are thoseG3588 who 47washG4150 their robesG4749, soG2443 thatG2443 they will have the rightG1849 to 48the treeG3586 of lifeG2222, and may 49enterG1525 the cityG4172 by the 50gatesG4440. 1551OutsideG1854 are the 52dogsG2965, the sorcerersG5333, the sexuallyG4205 immoralG4205 personsG4205, the murderersG5406, the idolatersG1496, and everyoneG3956 who lovesG5368 and practicesG4160 lyingG5579.

16“53I, JesusG2424, have sentG3992 54My angelG32 to testifyG3140 to you of theseG3778 thingsG3778 5556for the churchesG1577. I amG1510 57the rootG4491 and the 58descendantG1085 of DavidG1160, the brightG2986 59morningG4407 starG792.”

17The 60SpiritG4151 and the 61brideG3565 sayG3004, “ComeG2064.” And let the one who hearsG191 sayG3004, “ComeG2064.” And 62let the one who is thirstyG1372 comeG2064; let the one who desiresG2309, takeG2983 the 63waterG5204 of lifeG2222 withoutG1432 costG1432.

18I testifyG3140 to everyoneG3956 who hearsG191 64the wordsG3056 of the prophecyG4394 of thisG3778 bookG975: ifG1437 anyoneG5100 65addsG2007 to them, GodG2316 will addG2007 to him 66the plaguesG4127 that are writtenG1125 in 67thisG3778 bookG975; 19and ifG1437 anyoneG5100 68takesG851 awayG851 from the 69wordsG3056 of the bookG975 of thisG3778 prophecyG4394, GodG2316 will takeG851 awayG851 his partG3313 from 70the treeG3586 of lifeG2222 and 71from the holyG40 cityG4172, 72which are writtenG1125 in thisG3778 bookG975.
