Jeremiah 25:30-38
30And thou, prophesyH5012 unto them all these wordsH1697, and sayH559 unto them, Jehovah will roarH7580 from on highH4791, and utter his voiceH6963 from his holyH6944 habitationH4583; he will mightily roarH7580 upon his dwelling-place, he will giveH5414 a shout, as they that treadH1869 [the vintage], against all the inhabitantsH3427 of the earthH776. 31The noise shall comeH935 to the endH7097 of the earthH776: for Jehovah hath a controversy with the nationsH1471, he entereth into judgmentH8199 with all fleshH1320; as for the wickedH7563, he will giveH5414 them up to the swordH2719, saith Jehovah. 32ThusH3541 saith Jehovah of hostsH6635: Behold, evilH7451 shall goH3318 forthH3318 from nationH1471 to nationH1471, and a greatH1419 stormH5591 shall be raised up from the uttermost partsH3411 of the earthH776. 33And the slainH2491 of Jehovah shall [beH1961] at that dayH3117 from [one] endH7097 of the earthH776 even unto the [other] endH7097 of the earthH776: they shall not beH1961 lamentedH5594, neither gatheredH622, nor buriedH6912; they shall beH1961 dungH1828 upon the faceH6440 of the groundH776. 34Howl, ye shepherdsH7462, and cryH2199; and wallow yourselves [in the dust], noble onesH117 of the flockH6629: for the daysH3117 of your slaughterH2873 are accomplished, and I will disperse you; and ye shall fallH5307 like a preciousH2532 vesselH3627. 35And refuge shall perishH6 from the shepherdsH7462, and escapeH6413 from the noble onesH117 of the flockH6629. 36There shall be a voiceH6963 of the cryH6818 of the shepherdsH7462, and a howling of the noble onesH117 of the flockH6629: for Jehovah layeth waste their pastureH4830; 37and the peaceable enclosures shall be desolated, because of the fierce angerH639 of Jehovah. 38He hath forsaken his covert as a youngH3715 lionH3715; for their landH776 is a desolationH8047 because of the fierceness of the oppressorH3238, and because of his fierce angerH639.
