2I lookedG3708,and beholdἰδοὺidouG2400, awhiteλευκὸςleukosG3022horseἵπποςipposG2462,and he who satκαθήμενοςkathēmenosG2521on it hadἔχωνechōnG2192a bowτόξον.toxonG5115; anda crownστέφανος,stephanosG4735was givenἐδόθηedothēG1325to him, and he wentἐξῆλθενexēlthenG1831outconqueringνικῶνnikōnG3528and to conquerνικήσῃ.¶nikēsēG3528.

The Second Seal--War

4And anotherἄλλοςallosG243,a redπυρρός.purrosG4450horseἵπποςipposG2462,wentἐξῆλθενexēlthenG1831out; and to him who satκαθημένῳkathēmenōG2521on it, it was grantedἐδόθηedothēG1325totakeλαβεῖνlabeinG2983peaceεἰρήνηνeirēnēnG1515from the earthγῆς,gēsG1093, and that menwould slayσφάξουσιν.sphaxousinG4969oneἀλλήλουςallēlousG240anotherG240;and a greatμεγάλη.¶megalēG3173swordμάχαιραmachairaG3162was givenἐδόθηedothēG1325to him.

6And I heardἤκουσαēkousaG191somethinglikeὡςhōsG5613a voiceφωνὴνphōnēnG5456in the centerμέσῳmesōG3319of thefourτεσσάρωνtessarōnG5064livingG2226creaturesG2226sayingλέγουσαν·legousanG3004, “AquartχοῖνιξchoinixG5518of wheatσίτουsitouG4621for adenariusδηναρίουdēnariouG1220,and threeτρεῖςtreisG5140quartsχοίνικεςchoinikesG5518of barleyκριθῶνkrithōnG2915for adenariusδηναρίου,dēnariouG1220; anddo not damageἀδικήσῃς.¶adikēsēsG91the oilἔλαιονelaionG1637and the wineοἶνονoinonG3631.”

8I lookedG3708,and beholdἰδοὺidouG2400, anashenχλωρὸςchlōrosG5515horseἵπποςipposG2462;and he who satκαθήμενοςkathēmenosG2521on it had the nameὄνομαonomaG3686Deathθάνατος.thanatosG2288; andHadesᾅδηςhadēsG86was followingἠκολούθειēkoloutheiG190with him. 16and theysaidλέγουσινlegousinG3004to the mountainsὄρεσινoresinG3735and to the rocksπέτραις·petraisG4073, “FallπέσετεpeseteG4098on us and hideκρύψατεkrupsateG2928us from thepresenceπροσώπουprosōpouG4383of Himwho sitsκαθημένουkathēmenouG2521on the throneθρόνουthronouG2362, and from thewrathὀργῆςorgēsG3709of the Lambἀρνίου,arniouG721;

17forthe greatμεγάληmegalēG3173dayἡμέραhēmeraG2250of their wrathὀργῆςorgēsG3709has comeἦλθενēlthenG2064, andwhoτίςtisG5101is ableδύναταιdunataiG1410to standσταθῆναι;¶stathēnaiG2476?”
