Jeremiah 7:21-28

21ThusH3541 saith Jehovah of hostsH6635, the 1GodH430 of IsraelH3478: AddH5595 your burnt-offerings to your sacrificesH2077, and eatH398 the fleshH1320.

22For I spokeH1696 not unto your fathersH1, nor commandedH6680 them concerning burnt-offerings and sacrificesH2077, in the dayH3117 that I broughtH3318 them out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714;

23but I commandedH6680 them this thingH1697, sayingH559, Hearken unto my voiceH6963, and I will beH1961 your 2GodH430, and ye shall beH1961 my peopleH5971; and walkH1980 in all the wayH1870 that I commandH6680 you, that it may beH1961 wellH3190 with you.

24But they hearkened not, nor inclinedH5186 their earH241, but walked in the counselsH4156, in the stubbornnessH8307 of their evilH7451 heartH3820, and went backwardH268 and not forward.

25Since the dayH3117 that your fathersH1 cameH3318 forthH3318 out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714, unto this dayH3117, have I sentH7971 unto you all my servantsH5650 the prophetsH5030, daily risingH7925 up earlyH7925 and sendingH7971 them;

26but they have not hearkened unto me, nor inclinedH5186 their earH241; and they have hardenedH7185 their neckH6203: they have done worse than their fathersH1.

27And thou shalt speakH1696 all these wordsH1697 unto them, but they will not hearken unto thee; and thou shalt callH7121 unto them, but they will not answerH6030 thee.

28And thou shalt sayH559 unto them, This is the nationH1471 which hath not hearkened unto the voiceH6963 of Jehovah their 3GodH430, nor receivedH3947 correctionH4148; fidelity is perishedH6, and is cutH3772 off from their mouthH6310.
