Jeremiah 5:15-18
Behold, I bringH935 a nationH1471 upon you from afar, houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, saith Jehovah: it is a mighty nationH1471, it is an ancient nationH1471, a nationH1471 whose languageH3956 thou knowest not, neither understandest thou what they sayH1696.
Their quiverH827 is as an openH6605 sepulchre; they are all mightyH1368 menH1368.
And they shall eatH398 up thy harvestH7105 and thy breadH3899, they shall eatH398 up thy sonsH1121 and thy daughtersH1323, they shall eatH398 up thy flocksH6629 and thy herdsH1241, they shall eatH398 up thy vinesH1612 and thy fig-trees; they shall destroy with the swordH2719 thy strong citiesH5892, wherein thou trustedst.
Nevertheless in those daysH3117, saith Jehovah, I will not makeH6213 a full end with you.
