Jeremiah 5:15-18
15BeholdH2005, I am bringingH935 a distantH4801 nationH1471 against youH5921, O houseH1004 of IsraelH3478,” declaresH5002 the LORDH3068. “ItH1931 is an establishedH386 nationH1471, an ancientH5769H1931 nationH1471, a nationH1471 whose languageH3956 you do notH3808 knowH3045 and whose speechH4100H1696 you do notH3808 understandH8085.16Their quiversH827 are like openH6605 gravesH6913; they are allH3605 mighty menH1368.17They will devourH398 your harvestH7105 and foodH3899; they will consumeH398 your sonsH1121 and daughtersH1323; they will eat upH398 your flocksH6629 and herdsH1241; they will feed onH398 your vinesH1612 and fig treesH8384. With the swordH2719 they will destroyH7567 the fortifiedH4013 citiesH5892 in whichH834 youH859 trustH982.”
18“Yet evenH1571 in thoseH1992 daysH3117,” declaresH5002 the LORDH3068, “I will notH3808 makeH6213 a full endH3617 of youH854.
