Jeremiah 17:9-13
The heartH3820 is deceitful above all things, and incurableH605; who can knowH3045 it?
I Jehovah searchH2713 the heartH3820, I try the reins, even to giveH5414 each oneH376 according to his waysH1870, according to the fruitH6529 of his doings.
[As] the partridgeH7124 sitteth on [eggs] it hath not laid, [so] is he that getteth richesH6239 and not by rightH4941: in the midst of his daysH3117 shall he leaveH5800 them, and at his endH319 shall beH1961 a foolH5036.
A throneH3678 of gloryH3519, [set] on highH4791 from the beginning, is the placeH4725 of our sanctuaryH4720.
Thou hope of IsraelH3478, Jehovah! all that forsakeH5800 thee shall be ashamedH954. They that depart from me shall be writtenH3789 in the earthH776; because they have forsaken Jehovah, the fountainH4726 of living watersH4325.
