12HoweverδὲdeG1161,the LawνόμοςnomosG3551is notof faithπίστεωςpisteōsG4102;on the contraryἀλλ᾽all᾽G235, “He who practicesποιήσαςpoiēsasG4160them shall liveζήσεταιzēsetaiG2198by them.”

16NowδὲdeG1161the promisesἐπαγγελίαιepangeliaiG1860were spokenG3004to AbrahamἈβραὰμAbraamG11and to his seedσπέρματιspermatiG4690.He does not sayλέγει·legeiG3004, “And to seedsσπέρμασινspermasinG4690,” as referringto manyπολλῶνpollōnG4183, but ratherto oneἑνός·henosG1520, “And to your seedσπέρματίspermatiG4690,”that is, ChristΧριστός.ChristosG5547.
