1Now in the firstאַחַ֗ת'a.ChatH259yearוּבִשְׁנַ֣תu.vish.NatH8141of Cyrusלְכ֙וֹרֶשׁ֙le.Kho.reshH3566kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Persiaפָּרַ֔סpa.RasH6539,in order to fulfillלִכְל֥וֹתlikh.LotH3615the wordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068by the mouthמִפִּ֣יmi.PiH6310of Jeremiahיִרְמְיָ֑הyir.me.YahH3414,the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068stirredהֵעִ֣ירhe.'IrH5782up the spiritר֙וּחַ֙Ru.achH7307of Cyrusכֹּ֣רֶשׁKo.reshH3566kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Persiaפָּרַ֔סpa.RasH6539, so that hesentוַיַּֽעֲבֶר־vai.ya.'a.ver-H5674a proclamationקוֹל֙kOlH6963throughout allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605his kingdomמַלְכוּת֔וֹmal.khu.ToH4438,and alsoוְגַם־ve.gam-H1571put itin writingבְּמִכְתָּ֖בbe.mikh.TavH4385,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559:

3Whoeverמִֽי־mi-H4310there is among you of allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605His peopleעַמּ֗וֹa.MoH5971,may his Godאֱלֹהָיו֙'e.lo.HavH430be with him! 7Also Kingוְהַמֶּ֣לֶךְve.ha.Me.lekhH4428Cyrusכּ֔וֹרֶשׁKo.reshH3566broughtH3318out the articlesכְּלֵ֣יke.LeiH3627of the houseבֵית־veit-H1004of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834Nebuchadnezzarנְבֽוּכַדְנֶצַּר֙ne.vu.khad.ne.TzarH5019had carriedH3318awayH3318from Jerusalemמִיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔םmi.Ru.sha.LimH3389and putוַֽיִּתְּנֵ֖םvai.yi.te.NemH5414in the houseבְּבֵ֥יתbe.VeitH1004of his godsאֱלֹהָֽיו׃'e.lo.HavH430;

8and Cyrusכּ֚וֹרֶשׁKo.reshH3566,kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Persiaפָּרַ֔סpa.RasH6539,had them broughtוַיּֽוֹצִיאֵ֗םvai.yo.tzi.'EmH3318out by the handיַ֖דyadH3027of Mithredathמִתְרְדָ֣תmit.re.DatH4990the treasurerהַגִּזְבָּ֑רha.giz.BarH1489,and he countedוַֽיִּסְפְּרֵם֙vai.yis.pe.RemH5608them out toSheshbazzarלְשֵׁשְׁבַּצַּ֔רle.she.she.ba.TzarH8339,the princeהַנָּשִׂ֖יאha.na.Si'H5387of Judahלִיהוּדָֽה׃li.hu.DahH3063.
