24And ZedekiahH6667 saidH559 unto JeremiahH3414, Let no manH376 knowH3045 of these wordsH1697, and thou shalt not dieH4191. 25And if the princesH8269 hearH8085 that I have talked with thee, and they comeH935 unto thee, and sayH559 unto thee, DeclareH5046 unto us now what thou hast saidH559 unto the kingH4428, hideH3582 it not from us, and we will not putH4191 thee to deathH4191; and what hath the kingH4428 saidH559 unto thee? 26then thou shalt sayH559 unto them, I presented my supplicationH8467 before the kingH4428, that he would not cause me to returnH7725 to Jonathan's houseH1004, to dieH4191 there. 27— And all the princesH8269 cameH935 to JeremiahH3414, and askedH7592 him; and he toldH5046 them according to all these wordsH1697 that the kingH4428 had commandedH6680. And they withdrew quietly from him; for the matterH1697 was not reported. 28And JeremiahH3414 remainedH3427 in the courtH2691 of the guardH4307 until the dayH3117 that JerusalemH3389 wasH1961 takenH3920.
