Jeremiah 15:2-9
And it shall come to pass, if they sayH559 unto thee, Whither shall we goH3318 forthH3318? then thou shalt tell them, ThusH3541 saith Jehovah: Such as are for deathH4194, to deathH4194; and such as are for the swordH2719, to the swordH2719; and such as are for the famineH7458, to the famineH7458; and such as are for captivityH7628, to captivityH7628.
For I will visitH6485 them with fourH702 kinds [of punishments], saith Jehovah: the swordH2719 to slayH2026, and dogsH3611 to tear, and the fowl of the heavensH8064, and the beasts of the earthH776, to devourH398 and to destroyH7843.
And I will giveH5414 them over to be driven hither and thither amongst all the kingdomsH4467 of the earthH776, because of ManassehH4519 the sonH1121 of HezekiahH2396, kingH4428 of JudahH3063, for that which he did in JerusalemH3389.
For who shall have pityH2550 upon thee, JerusalemH3389? and who shall bemoan thee? and who shall turnH5493 asideH5493 to askH7592 after thy welfareH7965?
Thou hast cast me off, saith Jehovah, thou art gone backwardH268; and I have stretchedH5186 out my handH3027 against thee, and will destroyH7843 thee: I am becomeH3811 wearyH3811 of repenting.
And I will fan them with a fan in the gatesH8179 of the landH776; I will bereaveH7921 of children [and] destroyH6 my peopleH5971: they have not returnedH7725 from their waysH1870.
Their widowsH490 are increased to me more than the sandH2344 of the seasH3220; I have broughtH935 upon them, against the motherH517 of the youngH970 menH970, a spoiler at noonday; I have caused anguish and terrorH928 to fallH5307 upon her suddenlyH6597.
She that hath borneH3205 sevenH7651 languisheth, she hath givenH5414 up the ghost; her sunH8121 is goneH935 down while it is yetH5750 dayH3119; she is putH5414 to shameH954 and confounded. And the residue of them will I giveH5414 up to the swordH2719 before their enemiesH341, saith Jehovah.
