3They were sayingἔλεγονelegonG3004to oneG1438anotherG1438, “WhoτίςtisG5101will rollG617awayἀποκυλίσειapokuliseiG617the stoneλίθονlithonG3037for us from the entranceθύραςthurasG2374of the tombμνημείου;mnēmeiouG3419?”

6And he saidλέγειlegeiG3004to them, “Do not be amazedἐκθαμβεῖσθε.ekthambeistheG1568;you are lookingζητεῖτεzēteiteG2212for JesusἸησοῦνIēsounG2424theNazareneΝαζαρηνὸνNazarēnonG3479,who has been crucifiedἐσταυρωμένον·estaurōmenonG4717.He has risenἠγέρθη,ēgerthēG1453;He is not hereὧδε·hōdeG5602;beholdἴδεideG2396, here isthe placeτόποςtoposG5117whereὅπουhopouG3699they laidἔθηκανethēkanG5087Him.

7But goὑπάγετε,hupageteG5217,tellG3004His disciplesμαθηταῖςmathētaisG3101and PeterΠέτρῳPetrōG4074, ‘He is goingG4254aheadG4254of you to GalileeΓαλιλαίαν·GalilaianG1056;thereἐκεῖekeiG1563you will seeG3708Him, justκαθὼςkathōsG2531as He toldG3004you.’”

8They wentἐξελθοῦσαιexelthousaiG1831out and fledἔφυγονephugonG5343from the tombμνημείου·mnēmeiouG3419,for tremblingτρόμοςtromosG5156and astonishmentἔκστασις.ekstasisG1611had grippedεἶχενeichenG2192them; and they saidG3004nothingοὐδενὶoudeniG3762to anyoneοὐδὲνoudenG3762,for they were afraidἐφοβοῦντοephobountoG5399.

9[NowδὲdeG1161after He had risen[[ἈναστὰςAnastasG450earlyπρωῒprōiG4404on the firstπρώτῃprōtēG4413day of the weekσαββάτουsabbatouG4521,He firstπρῶτονprōtonG4413appearedἐφάνηephanēG5316toMaryΜαρίᾳMariaG3137MagdaleneΜαγδαληνῇ,MagdalēnēaG3094,from whomἧςhēsG3739He had castἐκβεβλήκειekbeblēkeiG1544out sevenἑπτὰheptaG2033demonsδαιμόνια.daimoniaG1140.

10She wentπορευθεῖσαporeutheisaG4198and reportedἀπήγγειλενapēngeilenG518to thoseτοῖςtoisG3588who had beenγενομένοις,genomenoisG1096with Him, while they were mourningπενθοῦσινpenthousinG3996and weepingκλαίουσιν.klaiousinG2799.

11When they heardἀκούσαντεςakousantesG191that He was aliveζῇzēaG2198and had been seenἐθεάθηetheathēG2300by her,they refusedG569to believeG569it.

12AfterμετὰmetaG3326that,He appearedἐφανερώθηephanerōthēG5319in a differentἑτέρᾳheteraG2087formμορφῇmorphēaG3444to twoδυσὶνdusinG1417of them while they were walkingπεριπατοῦσινperipatousinG4043along on their wayπορευομένοιςporeuomenoisG4198to the countryἀγρόν.agronG68.

13They wentG565awayG565and reportedἀπήγγειλανapēngeilanG518it to the othersλοιποῖς·loipoisG3062, but theydid not believeἐπίστευσαν.episteusanG4100them eitherοὐδὲoudeG3761.

14AfterwardG5305He appearedἐφανερώθη,ephanerōthēG5319to the elevenἕνδεκαhendekaG1733themselvesG846as they were recliningἀνακειμένοιςanakeimenoisG345at the table;and He reproachedὠνείδισενōneidisenG3679them for theirunbeliefἀπιστίανapistianG570and hardnessσκληροκαρδίανsklērokardianG4641of heartG4641,becauseὅτιhotiG3754they had not believedἐπίστευσαν.¶episteusanG4100thoseG3588who had seenθεασαμένοιςtheasamenoisG2300Him after He had risenἐγηγερμένονegēgermenonG1453.

15And He saidG3004to them, “GoπορευθέντεςporeuthentesG4198into allἅπανταhapantaG537the worldκόσμονkosmonG2889and preachκηρύξατεkēruxateG2784the gospelεὐαγγέλιονeuangelionG2098to allπάσῃpasēG3956creationκτίσει.ktiseiG2937.

16He who has believedπιστεύσαςpisteusasG4100and has been baptizedβαπτισθεὶςbaptistheisG907shall be savedσωθήσεται·sōthēsetaiG4982;but he who has disbelievedἀπιστήσαςapistēsasG569shall be condemnedκατακριθήσεται.¶katakrithēsetaiG2632.

17TheseταῦταtautaG3778signsΣημεῖαSēmeiaG4592will accompanyπαρακολουθήσει·parakolouthēseiG3877thoseG3588who have believedπιστεύσασινpisteusasinG4100:in My nameὀνόματίonomatiG3686they will castἐκβαλοῦσιν,ekbalousinG1544out demonsδαιμόνιαdaimoniaG1140, they willspeakλαλήσουσινlalēsousinG2980with newκαιναῖς,kainaisG2537tonguesγλώσσαιςglōssaisG1100;

18they willpickἀροῦσιν,arousinG142up serpentsὄφειςopheisG3789,and ifG2579they drinkπίωσιν,piōsinG4095anyτιtiG5100deadlyθανάσιμόνthanasimonG2286poison,it will not hurtG984them; they willlayἐπιθήσουσινepithēsousinG2007handsG5495on the sickἀρρώστουςarrōstousG732,and they will recoverκαλῶς ἕξουσιν.¶kalōs hexousinG2192 G2573.”

19SoG3767thenG3767,when the LordκύριοςkuriosG2962JesusG2424hadspokenλαλῆσαιlalēsaiG2980to them, Hewas receivedἀνελήφθηanelēphthēG353up into heavenοὐρανὸνouranonG3772andsatG2523downG2523at the rightδεξιῶνdexiōnG1188handG1188of Godθεοῦ.theouG2316.

20And they wentἐξελθόντεςexelthontesG1831out and preachedἐκήρυξανekēruxanG2784everywhereπανταχοῦ,pantachouG3837,while the LordκυρίουkuriouG2962workedσυνεργοῦντοςsunergountosG4903with them, and confirmedβεβαιοῦντοςbebaiountosG950the wordλόγονlogonG3056by thesignsσημείων.sēmeiōnG4592that followedἐπακολουθούντωνepakolouthountōnG1872.] [And they promptly reported all these instructions to Peter and his companions. And afterG3326that, Jesus Himself sent out through them from east to west the sacred and imperishable proclamation of eternal salvation.]
